The inaugural issue of the journal will be released in 2023.
Shock Leadership Development is a framework to prepare organizations and organizational teams for chaotic environments and organizational crises, focused on ensuring that leaders are prepared to adapt to turbulent situations and continuous change as they evolve, such as experienced by so many organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
