Shock Leadership Development is a framework to prepare organizations and organizational teams for chaotic environments and organizational crises, focused on ensuring that leaders are prepared to adapt to turbulent situations and continuous change as they evolve, such as experienced by so many organizations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

BOATS is a novel storytelling method that helps organizational leaders identify their limitations and biases and helps them be more mindful of their organizations, organizational relationships, and team dynamics.

We have numerous publication relative to using mindfulness practices in leadership and leadership development.  

We provide numerous consulting services regarding multiculturalism, equity, and inclusion in organizations.  As a cohort of experts and thought leaders, we have produced numerous research publications on topics of diversity, inclusion, equity, anti-racism, and related topics. 

Our experience conducting action research in organizations related to safety programs is extensive, including work in large Fortune 100 corporations, in government, in non-profit, in academia, and in small start-ups..  Also, we have numerous research publications related to safety culture programs.
