The Institute of Interdisciplinary Leadership Education and Development  (I-ILEAD) is Different and unique!

With decades of leadership and organization development experience, our staff are scholar-practitioners who have spent careers working in the field across a diversity of industries, including maritime, construction, sales, healthcare, biotechnology, defense, environmental, emergency management, non-profit, laboratory science, safety engineering, IT, manufacturing, academia, and business development, among others.   All the while, our consultants are trained and experienced  in leadership, management, and organizational development education and research, trained and experienced at the doctoral level.  I-ILEAD is a different and unique leadership organization with a mission that drives improvement, knowledge, and scholarship in the leadership field while simultaneously providing an array of leadership-related services to corporate, non-profit, academic, and government organizations.  We perform research, teach, provide professional speakers, write, and consult on leadership and organizational sciences.  We put knowledge into practice, and practice into knowledge.
